Sharon Lange

Sharon Lange is a
twelve time professionally awarded independent artist as a concert singer songwriter, concert singer and instructor in
Colorado. She is also a lifetime award winning
performer known for a dynamic five octave voice across Ohio
and New Mexico. Sharon also plays keys, guitar and
classical flute, choreographs and produces music.
Throughout her career,
Sharon’s
solo rock R&B world act plays to full houses from university main stages,
sold out concert theaters, packed churches and sold out local music
venues.
Sharon is the founding member of the female rock
R&B classical world group, the Harmony Sisters, performing as a
professional ensemble since 1998. Current members are Gunna
Kim, doctoral student in piano performance at Colorado University,
and Jessica Hedgepeth, daughter of the percussion
program founder at UNCA. The
Harmony Sisters also performs additional vocalists and dancers.
For over ten years Sharon
professionally teaches voice as well as dance, guitar, classical flute, piano,
songwriting and concert performance.
Sharon’s founded an award winning music program, reaching over two
thousand at-risk youth ages 12 - 18 since 1998, currently funded by the City of
Boulder. Sharon is also currently an instructor
at Globalsound Recording Studio’s music school
and Academy of Rock, serving metro Denver
area students.
As a lead singer and songwriter Sharon
has a ten year performance history with twelve additional bands with
professional players. Whereas, Sharon performs rock,
R&B, jazz, Hip Hop, reggae, Gospel, world and bluegrass. She also served as a voice coach, three
part harmony director, choreographer, and performs her original material with
national and international musicians.
